We have Mark, our Hospitality Manager, who will design a menu and plan your function to suit your budget. He is supported by a professional front of house team who pride themselves in making your event a success.
From cocktail afternoon teas in the garden, to elegant dinners or a barbecue, all aspects of your catering needs will be met.
We can offer you preset menus to help with your decision-making, or a menu can be designed for you. Please arrange an appointment with Mark to discuss your requirements.

Silverstream Retreat is a fully licensed premises and therefore must adhere to the conditions set out under the Sale of Liquor Act 1989
We offer a comprehensive bar service, below are some examples:
- Cash Bar - Guests pay cash for the Beverages. Cash, Eftpos and Credit Card facilities are available
- Bar Tab - Guests can set a pre-arranged limit on the bar tab. Once the tab is close to running out, the Silverstream Retreat Bar staff will discuss with the function organiser or guest the option of increasing the tab, or switching to a cash bar once the Tab has Finished.
- Subsidised Bar - The client pays for a pre- arranged proportion of the beverage cost, and the guest pays for the balance.
