The Black Tie Affair
The Black Tie Affair has been playing cool jazz standards regularly at the Ascot Cinema and Romeos Café in Upper Hutt for the last couple of years. In addition the band has played at numerous weddings, 21st parties and other functions in the Wellington region. The line up of the band includes Richard Ralston (guitar and vocals), Brook Ralston (bass) Andre Muller (guitar) and Josh Wyatt (drums). Their repertoire includes around 50 jazz standards including Summertime, Fly Me to the Moon, How Deep is the Ocean and A Foggy day.
