Hi Mark, Thank you so much for everything you and your staff did to help make Michele's retirement function so successful last Friday. I haven't had one negative comment from any of the staff or invited guests (this is really unusual for our lot!). In fact everyone has said it was one of the best venues we had ever been to and that the food was second to none!
Could you also pass on our thanks to the bar and waiting staff - they were amazing, actually truly amazing!

Hi Mark, I would just like to take the time to thank you and your team so very much for a fantastic job you did to make Irene's dream day come true. From the start our meetings were relaxed, full of information with fun mixed in & as a result everything ran like clock work.
On the day what more could we have asked for & words just can't describe the service, management, helpful staff you had on - just everything you did for us was amazing & I just really can't thank you enough.. I enjoyed dealing with you as nothing was a problem even when there was a little hick up with the in laws you made it all so easy.
Guests who attended are still talking about the day and how lovely the venue was plus the food was amazing and plenty of it. Thank you so much for all your hard work to help me give my daughter the dream day she so wanted and deserved.

Mark, Our wedding could not have been more perfect and all thanks to you! You were great with communicating with me from start to finish; you made organising a wedding from another country a breeze! And I thank you for making it STRESS FREE.. Because you really did! Once I got to NZ I didn't contact you straight away, but when I finally did.. You were fantastic!! You even came food and alcohol shopping with us and drove us there! I mean.. AMAZING MUCH!!!! Like I said.. it was just a breeze from start to finish, communication and customer service was a 5 out of 5.. the venue was SPECTACULAR and catered to everything I wanted! The food.. oh my gosh the food was DELICIOUS.. had nothing but compliments on how good the food was! And you catered well to our samoan and maori family.. there was even left overs J which you kindly gave to us.. the staff were great , you were great !!!! and the overall experience for my wedding day was GREAT 10 / 10 for service, and quality! I had an amazing wedding with amazing people at an amazing place and would like to thatnk all the staff that helped out with my wedding and you mark were fantastic!!!!!"
